Noyam Journals is an independent academic publisher located in Ghana – West Africa. We publish peer-reviewed journals and academic books focusing on the research fields of Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Religious and Theological Studies. Our publications are mainly online and are open-access, meaning our users can search, read, download, distribute, copy, print, or link to partial or full texts of the articles. We aim at making scholarly communications better.
Our Mission
To promote the dissemination of usable knowledge by publishing innovative and high-quality research and teaching content. We also seek to develop and enhance the use of new and innovative technologies to speed and facilitate scholarly research.

To carry up-and-coming scholars along in making their research findings known in Africa and beyond.
Our History
Noyam was founded by, Rev. Prof. Jonathan Kuwornu-Adjaottor, an Associate Professor of New Testament and Mother-Tongue Biblical Hermeneutics at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – Kumasi, Ghana. After winning the William Shakespeare Research Award-2015 in Religious Studies, he started the first Noyam Journal – E-Journal of Religious and Theological Studies (ERATS). His mission was to promote scholarly publications amongst academics in Ghana and across Africa. Noyam has gradually expanded and currently publishes six academic journals and eBooks. Noyam also manages a research archive and researcher’s blog.
