Dr. Mashapha is the Assistant Director responsible for Coordination and Stakeholder Management at the HIV and AIDS Chief Directorate of the National Department of Social Development. She is the DSD TB Technical Lead. She is a published scholar who has presented at national and international conferences. She is presently supervising Master’s degree students at Tshwane University of Technology, and she is also the External Writer for UNISA. Dr Mashapha has also completed Implementing Public Policies and Arts and Practice of leadership courses with Harvard Kennedy School, which is in Boston (USA).
Dr Kaizer Raseane Makole is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Public Management at the Tshwane University of Technology. He is a former lecturer in International Relations and Educational Management at the then Technikon North West/Tshwane University of Technology. He conducts developmental training on Change Management Strategies for different institutions. He is also a reviewer of journal articles for different journal publications. He has published scholarly papers on change management, organizational culture and development and coalition government approaches in South Africa.
